Welcome to Granite Pathways
Thank you for your interest in Granite Pathways, a peer-support, self-help community in Manchester, NH that eliminates social isolation and provides hope, dignity, and recovery opportunities to adults with mental illness. Granite Pathways is located in the Carriage House of Brookside Congregational Church and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Social events are held on all holidays and on occasional weekends and evenings.
Our Founding Principle
People with mental illnesses in NH have both the potential and the right to lead fulfilling lives and to be respected and valued as co-workers, neighbors, and friends.
To empower and support adults with mental illness to pursue their personal goals through positive relationships, meaningful work, and opportunities for volunteerism, employment, education, and improved health and wellness.

2014 Pathways to Success Celebration
Granite Pathways is celebrating its 4th year in operation and is also presenting the Granite Pathways HOPE Awards to two very special individuals and two organizations who have made our success possible.
