Welcome to Granite Pathways

Thank you for your interest in Granite Pathways, a peer-operated, self-help nonprofit in Manchester, NH that provides hope, dignity, and support to adults recovering from mental illness. Granite Pathways is located in the Carriage House of Brookside Congregational Church and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.  Social events are held on occasional weekends and evenings and on all holidays.

To empower and support adults with mental illness to pursue their personal goals through education, employment, stable housing, rewarding achievements, and meaningful relationships.
