Welcome to Granite Pathways

Thank you for your interest in Granite Pathways, a peer-support, self-help community in Manchester, NH that provides hope, dignity, and support to adults recovering from mental illness. Granite Pathways is located in the Carriage House of Brookside Congregational Church and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Social events are held on occasional weekends and evenings and on all holidays.

Water pathway People with mental illnesses in NH have both the potential and the right to lead fulfilling lives and to be respected and valued as co-workers, neighbors, and friends.

Our Mission

To empower and support adults with mental illness to pursue their personal goals through education, employment, stable housing, rewarding achievements, and meaningful relationships.
