Welcome to Granite Pathways

Thank you for your interest in Granite Pathways, a peer-support, self-help community in Manchester, NH that eliminates social isolation and provides hope, dignity, and recovery opportunities to adults with mental illness. Granite Pathways is located in the Carriage House of Brookside Congregational Church and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  Social events are held on all holidays and on occasional weekends and evenings.

Water pathway People with mental illnesses in NH have both the potential and the right to lead fulfilling lives and to be respected and valued as co-workers, neighbors, and friends.

Our Mission

To empower and support adults with mental illness to pursue their personal goals of improved health and wellness, positive relationships, meaningful work, and opportunities for volunteerism, employment, and education.
